The client
OurĀ client is a highly respected global law firm with a wide range of corporate clients. They have a clear vision and strategy for the future which includes embracing change enabling them to remain at the forefront of their profession.
We've developed a strong relationship through helping them navigate complex challenges in various disciplines.
The challenge
As a high-profile law firm, our client knows the importance of ensuring their digital presence accurately reflects their professional expertise, team calibre and client servicing levels.
After initial conversations, it quickly became apparent that TheTin was a great fit in terms of becoming a trusted partner to work with their team. We have since been appointed to work with them across a number of digital marketing projects both from a strategic and creative perspective.
Project 1: website strategy
Our strategic advice was sought on the overall structure and performance of their website. The depth and breadth of the site reflects the wide scope of services they offer, sectors they operate within as well as acting as a central hub for thought-leadership and informative content.
We were appointed to carry out a strategic website review to assess potential areas for improving the overall client experience in terms of optimum navigation, user journey and the ability to access information and content in an intuitive and seamless way.
Our digital brand team worked closely with their team throughout the process to ensure outcome alignment with their marketing objectives. We produced a comprehensive report with strategic development and enhancement recommendations.
Project 2: ESG sustainability comms framework
COP26 was a key focus for our client in terms of their contribution to raising awareness of the importance of sustainability. We were brought in to develop a messaging and creative framework ahead of the 2021 COP26 summit.
Working closely with their ESG team, we developed a go-to-market positioning strategy which brought their ESG expertise to the forefront. This included creation of a messaging house, mission statement, new visuals and campaign guidelines
Project 3: internal comms
The brief was to review and propose ways to increase engagement levels from internal campaigns.
Many of our recommendations have been taken forward for implementation. These include a range of suggested articles, presentations, discussion topics and other media ideas.
Project 4: technology imagery refresh
To encourage increased engagement for their technology group, we helped procure the creation of a new high impact imagery suite designed to help refresh interest for the firm and build new awareness.
