The client
For the last 11 years we have been working with a leading global professional services firm.
Our strong agency / client relationship has enabled us to work with their teams across the globe on strategy through to creative delivery.
Projects have included creative development for campaigns and microsites, digital UX/ CX implementation for their core platform and full application development of in-house tools.
We act as an extension of the firm's structure with direct links to their brand and digital teams and large stakeholder groups. Dedicated team members from TheTin have ensured consistency and efficiency throughout our relationship.
The nature of the client's industry means we always ensure a focus on adhering our work and communication to strict governance and security compliance.
The project
The client produces a flagship report, with a large number of top corporate executives taking part in the research.
The survey is a regular feature in our client's annual marketing calendar and is in high demand so requires best-in-class creative templates and assets in line with our client's high profile and to ensure it meets their customers' expectations.
The solution
Working closely with both the Report team and the Global brand team, TheTin delivered the creative theme of the report through a visual lookbook that provided examples and guidance for all the supporting content. This included web templates and social media posts so individual territories could create their versions of the survey report in a consistent way.
TheTin created a digital downloadable version of the report including dynamic infographics and charts as well as an audio version offering an alternative way for the content to be consumed - a first for this report.
The result
The report excelled in a number of metrics, The most impressive being much higher levels of engagement and scroll depth than previous years.
Time on page also significantly increased and the audio version received good engagement.
