The challenge
Managing employee queries can become a major challenge as businesses grow. This can be compounded when the organisation grows through acquisition and becomes a global network of firms. Having grown rapidly, employees regularly contacted a small group of central management with simple questions about company events, policies, and procedures taking valuable time from more strategic tasks.
The solution
We built a chatbot that could handle requests, creating an intuitive experience for users and providing more time for HLB's leadership to focus on higher-level tasks.
