We were asked to find a unique way to differentiate the Lot 11 brand from the huge number of online property auction sites out there.

Working with brand consultant Louise Cantrill, we designed and delivered a distinctive brand, backed by a site using cutting edge tech to allow numerous bidders to compete for properties. And it worked; the first auction to go live generated sales of just under £10m.
